We ran a very lean team, and Bev exceeded in this role. Bev is simply a small testing team all by herself. Now, if she was able to undertake system testing with optimised current best practices (i.e. video screen capture for documented proof of system testing) In that case, I would have to say Bev is the equivalent of 6 to 9 testers rolled into one person. So, any business that snaps her up on a contract gets real value.
